Bulk QR Codes from Excel: CSV Import and ZIP Download
Prepare a two-column spreadsheet, export UTF-8 CSV, check every row and download a ZIP. Learn the 500-row limit and dynamic account requirements.
Prepare Name and Content columns
Use name, content as the header. Each following row is one code. For practice, use Brand website with https://example.com and Product page with https://example.org/product. Replace sample URLs before publishing.
Export CSV UTF-8 from Excel
Save the worksheet as CSV UTF-8 (comma delimited). The tool accepts CSV, TXT and TSV, not XLSX. Files are limited to 250 KB and batches to 500 rows. Format barcode numbers as text to preserve leading zeros and avoid scientific notation.
Choose static or dynamic mode
Bulk QR codes support URL or plain-text content. Static codes require no account. Dynamic URL batches require sign-in and share the account total of 500 dynamic codes. The initial dynamic preview is a placeholder; real short links are created at export.
Check and fix invalid rows
Select Check and preview, then review valid counts and row errors. Only valid rows are exported. An over-quota dynamic batch creates no partial records. Changing source data starts a new batch and may create new dynamic codes.
Style and download a ZIP
Choose colors, finder patterns, module shapes and a logo, then PNG, JPG or SVG. The ZIP contains images and a CSV manifest. Only the first few items are previewed; all valid items are included in the download.
Troubleshoot before printing
For unreadable text, re-export UTF-8 CSV. Use complete http or https URLs. Test several exported codes, especially dense codes or designs with logos. PDF and video codes require existing public URLs; files are not hosted here.
