Change a QR Destination After Printing: A Practical Guide
Create a dynamic URL code, update its destination and test the original image. Understand the 500-code quota, visits and service dependencies.
Check whether the code is dynamic
Static codes contain a fixed URL and cannot be edited through this service. Dynamic codes contain a tuihuo.cc/r/ link whose destination can change. You must create the code in dynamic mode before printing it.
Sign in and create a dynamic URL code
Open the URL tool, choose dynamic mode, sign in and enter a name and public destination. Practice with https://example.com, then save the original image. Each account has a total quota of 500 dynamic codes, including batch-created records.
Scan the original image
Scan the downloaded image on your phone and check the first destination. Print a sample at the intended size and test before placing a large print order.
Edit the target and scan the same image again
Find the record in My account and save a new destination, such as https://example.org. Scan the original downloaded image again to confirm the new destination. You do not need to replace the printed code.
Understand visits and pause status
My account shows total visits and a 14-day trend in Beijing time. Repeat requests may count; HEAD and recognized bots do not. Pause a link to make it unavailable, and enable it to resume redirects.
Plan for long-term availability
Dynamic links require the domain, server and database to remain online. External PDFs, videos and pages must also stay accessible. This service cannot promise offline or permanent availability. Use public external targets, not local addresses or this website short links.
